If you see the letters [EID] after dialing, it means your phone is compatible with eSIM! Congratulations! Note: To use our eSIM, your device must also be carrier unlocked.

Below is a short list of devices that support eSIM. *It is not a complete list. There are many more eSIM compatible devices in the market and new devices are constantly released.
*iPhones purchased in China, Hong Kong or Macau with Dual SIM are not eSIM compatible.
*If you’re using an iPhone with iOS 17.4 or later and you receive a QR code from your network provider in an email, or from the network provider webpage, touch and hold the QR code, then tap Add eSIM.
Go to “Settings” > Select “connections”
Select “SIM card manager”
Select “Add mobile plan”， then select “Scan carrier QR code”
Select “Confirm”, and the eSIM will be added
